Gwen is the founder and Learning Consultant/Owner of Klapperich International Training Associates (KITA) LLC, a firm that provides strategic training solutions for organizations of all sizes. Her work focuses on employee development, diversity & inclusion, performance consulting, and workplace health and safety—critical areas that elevate not only individuals, but entire company cultures.
With over 20 years of experience across multiple industries—retail, healthcare, government, call centers, hospitality, nonprofits, and continuing education—Gwen brings both depth and versatility to every training she leads. Whether she’s helping a construction firm improve safety protocols or guiding a nonprofit through an inclusive leadership workshop, her approach is grounded in empathy, effectiveness, and results.
