PWB Testimonials
As the General Manager of Top Priority, Inc., a countertop fabrication company based in Hawaii, I'm always seeking ways to expand our business and enhance our capabilities. I embarked on a professional development journey with the NAHB and BIA education programs in 2019, continuing to take courses even throughout the challenges of the
pandemic. This commitment to ongoing learning proved to be an invaluable investment
in our company's future. Prior to this educational journey, I had a limited understanding of project management,
working with large contractors, and the complexities of bidding and executing major projects. Through the NAHB and BIA programs, I obtained the CAPS (Certification for Aging in Place), Project Management certification, and completed courses on Estimating & Scheduling and Construction Quality Management. This comprehensive
education provided me with a solid foundation in these critical areas. Armed with this newfound knowledge and industry-recognized certifications, I was able to confidently navigate new business opportunities. Top Priority, Inc. successfully expanded into government/civil projects, large-scale general contracting, and multi-unit
projects. We also established ourselves as experts in aging-in-place design and consultation. These achievements have translated into a significant increase in annual revenue, exceeding $1 million year after year. I credit this success to the skills and expertise I gained through the NAHB and BIA education programs. I'm deeply grateful to our owner, Chino Haynes, for investing in my professional development. The return on investment has been undeniable. I wholeheartedly recommend the NAHB and BIA programs to any industry professional
seeking to enhance their knowledge, expand their business, and unlock new avenues for growth. The impact on our company has been transformative, and I'm confident it can be for yours as well.
